API display name : Secure OTP Validation v1

Description : This new api is required to be developed for bundled sourcing of Credit card in account opening journey. Customers mobile number will be validated as 1FA and token will be generated to pass into credit card fetch demog api. Credit card application journey is available with tokenized stack and Account opening is non tokeninzed. To stitch both of these journey flows token needs to be generated and validity should be upto 40 minutes.
