Description : Pune Metro Portal is set up outside HDFC Bank and hasn't been linked with the UAM system. To follow compliance rules, user management for the app should be handled through the UAM system. HDFC Bank has a rule to use its UAM system (iSAC) for all apps, whether they're inside or outside the bank. This system takes care of user management for both HDFC Bank users and external users. The app made by Paycraft solutions, called One Pune Metro, needs to be connected to this UAM system. Accordingly, mapping of existing users in UAM along with User-Management through UAM needs to be done going forward.
