API display name : Accume Order Cancellation

Description : Order cancellation can be requested by sending the order details on the below API. Note that the order can be cancelled only till a point of time post order creation. The process for cancellation and the point of time till when it can be considered has to be discussed ahead of the integration with the SPoCs of Accumn.
