API display name : DC Fetch full Card No for Mandate v1 (New)

Description : This Product helps to enable e-mandate functionality on cards (credit/Debit) that customer opt for on merchant's website, whereby customers provide consent to merchants to auto debit their card account whenever bill is generated.
This API will Fetch card number from DCMS based on Mobile No and last 4 digit of Debit Card.
